Hand Drills

Hand Drill is use for cutting is use for cutting and boring holes to the bone during orthopedic and neuro surgeries.

Types available: Ralk, Bunnel, Stille, Hudson, Moore.

Cervical Traction Tongs

It can apply a flexion moment to the cervical spine. a posterior pin with a flexion moment may facilitate reduction of a facet dislocation. It is use in sub axial cervical fractures with malalignment, unilateral and bilateral facet dislocations and displaced odontoid fractures.

Types available: Crutchfield.

Gigli Saw Wire

Gigli Saw Wire is comprised of multiple, flexible, wires twisted in such a way as to create multiple cutting surfaces. It is used by surgeons for bone cutting. It is used mainly for amputation, where the bones have to be smoothly cut at the level of amputation.

Types available: Olivecrona.

Raney Clip

Raney clip is a neurosurgical instrument used for for hemostasis of scalp flap edges. The overlapping jaws ensure secure atraumatic placement. It is Safe, reliable prevention of bleeding, Atraumatic design, Constant closing force, No restriction of the operating site owing to slim design.

Types available: Raney Clip.

Leyla Fixation System

The position of the flexible holding arm and the LEYLA retractor can be adjusted in three dimensions. A locking mechanism allows fixating the devices in any position.

Product features – flexible holding arm

  • Stable holding arm with single-hand locking mechanism
  • For endoscopes and MINOP® system, ventriculoscopy or endoscope-assisted neurosurgery.

Product features – LEYLA retractor

  • Maximum ease of handling.
  • Adjustable of clamping and holding force.
  • For spatula fixation.
  • Various clamping elements available.

Posterior Fossa Retractor

Posterior Fossa Retractor is a specialized instrument for use in neurosurgical procedures. Specifically it can be utilized in craniotomies and other neurosurgeries that require retraction of the soft tissue and other layers in the posterior cranial fossa. This retractor features a round handle for manual operation. Additionally it is available with a variety of different blades ranging in size and malleability or in a full set with a retractor body, double round bar and all six retractor blades.

Types available: Jannetta.

Nerve Root Retractors

This retractor may be useful for providing greater exposure to the surgical area by parting the edges of an incision or holding back tissues or organs. It is used for retraction of the dura and the nerve root during spine surgery. This retractor can be used to elevate and protect a nerve root while if it is within the surgical field but needs to remain uninjured.

Types available: Hardy, Caspar, D’Errico, Love, Scoville, Holsher.

Dura Retractors

Dissectors and dura elevators are important part in any surgery as cutting and lifting of certain things and organs of a body is mostly needed in surgeries. In case of orthopedics, these instruments should be designed according to use on which bone of the body.

Types available: Penfield, , Horsley, Sachs, Schmid, Davis, Davis, Robb, Milligan, Davis, Toennis,       Woodson, Olivecrona, Frazier, Hoen, Cushing, Frazier, Graham, Adson, Crile, Smithwick, Krayenbuehl, Caspar, Yasargil.

Hypophysectomy Instruments

Hypophysectomy instruments for use during neurosurgery procedures to remove the hypophysis (pituitary gland). The hypophysectomy instruments range includes curettes, chisels, speculum, scoops, dissectors, hooks, enucleators and forceps.

Types available: Jacobson, Koos, Samii, Ray, Kramer, Hardy.

Brain Spatula

Brain Spatula is a double-ended, handheld, maleable retractor commonly used to retract the brain in neurological and intracrainial procedures such as tumor removal. The instrument is smooth and available with a variety of tip widths.

Types available: Cushing, Scoville, Olivecrona, Heifetz.

Lamina Spreaders

Lamina Spreaders are a unique instrument designed for use in a variety of surgical procedures such as laminectomies or anywhere that requires spreading of spinal cord during surgeries. These spreaders features teeth that allow for a secure grip on the tissue that is being manipulated without causing slippage. This retractor can be used to push aside the muscle and soft tissue layers that lie directly above the spinal cord. The ring handles and ratcheting mechanism make it easy to operate manually and to lock into the appropriate width. Additionally this retractor has sharp prongs and hinged arms to keep a firm grip on the tissue it is retracting.

Types available: Cloward, Inge, caspar, Hoen.

Cervical Vertebral Body Distractor

Cervical Vertebral Body Distractor is a specialized instrument crafted for use in neurosurgical procedures, specifically those of the spine. A distractor aids in creating separation of joint surfaces without causing rupture of binding ligaments without causing any displacement. This can be used in herniated disc procedures to repair pinched nerves or other procedures of the spine. This instrument is available in either a left or right design.

Types available: Caspar.

Kerrison Laminectomy Punches

These punches are used for cutting bone in spine and neuro surgery, especially for Laminectomy.

  • Efficiently more bone tissue can be removed in a single step.
  • Available in three versions: non-detachable, detachable and Black coated
  • bayonet-shaped Kerrison bone punches offer an optimal view
  • Width 1 mm to 6 mm in 90°/40° jaw position upwards and downward.

Types available: Ferris-Smith-Kerrison, Love-Kerrison, Ferris-Smith.

Intervertebral Disc Rongeurs

Intervertebral Disc Rongeur are used for surgery on the spine. The instrument is used to cut and remove fragments in the spinal column. The products comes in a variety of lengths and tip sizes. This rongeur is angled downward with a overall length of 130 mm.

Intervertebral Disc Rongeur, is ideally suited for orthopedic neurosurgical procedures of the spine. Interspersed between each vertebrae is an intervertebral disc that is fibrocartilagenous and this rongeur is unique designed to manipulate this region. These rongeurs can be used in procedures such as discectomies to relieve pain in patients with herniated disc.
